About
Emely's legal training in three different foreign jurisdictions included a wide range of relevant subjects from Mediation to Law and Literature; from Law Librarianship (LoA) to Mindfulness. As a university facilitator and partly foundational to her reading wellbeing practice journey, Emely has provided selected niche lists of books, articles and other media to students. She's last facilitated on the subjects of conflict and peace with an important mediation component. Currently, she focuses on non-clinical, creative and developmental bibliotherapy. Pairing mindfulness, expressive art such as book journaling, coloring, and performing arts such as classical ballet, makes her reading wellbeing practice style a distinctive blend of book and reading remedies.
How I use The Book Therapy Method™
I use The Book Therapy Method™ in a non-clinical capacity and scope by facilitating selected titles and niche relevant subject-matter reading syllabi (which I also call prescription, docket, remedy, or list) for adult learners and individuals. Added journaling prompts may accompany the syllabi for mindful reading reflection and personal growth.
