1. About the directory

The Book Therapy Method™ Directory ("the Directory") is a public listing service operated by Book Therapy ("we", "us", "our") to help visitors find trained practitioners who use The Book Therapy Method™. Practitioners listed in the Directory are independent professionals and are not employees or agents of Book Therapy.

2. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Directory — whether as a visitor or a listed practitioner — you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Directory.

3. Listing eligibility

To be listed, practitioners must have completed the relevant Book Therapy training and provide accurate, up-to-date professional information. We review all applications before publication and reserve the right to approve, decline, or remove any listing at our discretion.

4. Practitioner responsibilities

Listed practitioners are responsible for:

• Maintaining accurate profile information, including qualifications, contact details, and areas of work.
• Working within the scope of their own professional registration, qualifications, and insurance.
• Ensuring their use of The Book Therapy Method™ complies with applicable laws and professional standards.
• Responding to enquiries in a professional and timely manner.

5. Accuracy of information

We aim to keep the Directory accurate, but we do not verify every detail provided by practitioners. Visitors should check a practitioner's credentials, registration, and suitability directly before engaging their services.

6. Directory membership

Listing in the Directory is currently free. If a membership fee is introduced in future, we will notify practitioners in advance and update these terms accordingly.

7. Account suspension and removal

We may suspend or remove a listing if we believe a practitioner has breached these terms, provided misleading information, or if their conduct could harm visitors or the reputation of The Book Therapy Method™. Practitioners may also request removal of their listing at any time by contacting hello@booktherapy.io.

8. Intellectual property

The Book Therapy Method™, related trademarks, logos, and directory content are owned by Book Therapy. Practitioners may use approved titles and badges only in connection with their verified listing. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute directory content without our permission.

9. Limitation of liability

The Directory is provided for information and connection purposes only. Book Therapy is not responsible for the services, advice, or conduct of any listed practitioner. Visitors engage practitioners at their own risk. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for Directory membership in the 12 months preceding any claim.

10. Privacy

Use of the Directory is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Personal data submitted through the Directory is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Directory after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
